Our showroom is based off of a boutique style shopping experience. A boutique is defined as a small store that sells quality, stylish, unique niche products and are experts in the products they sell and services provided. What makes us different from the other retailers in our area? The retailers main focus of their business is not on quality products and customer service/education, but meeting sales quotas and profit margins. These stores often offer a limited selection of products and services. They may be discounters focusing on low prices over quality. The sales associates may lack knowledge about hardwood flooring and the installation process. They likely have no installation experience. It is impossible to really know a product without actually installing it. Their knowledge is primarily based off of marketing brochures and the internet.

At Coastal Plains Flooring, you will schedule a one on one appointment with the owner at our unique showroom. From the very beginning of your flooring project process, we will take the time to educate you so you will have realistic expectations of how the floor will perform. We want to ensure that you choose the right flooring that is going to meet your needs and demands. Coastal Plains Flooring only sells quality flooring that we are confident will fit your lifestyle and design goals and offer these products at very competitive prices. We are passionate about Hardwood Floors and want our customers to experience the passion and work we put into their floors. Whether it is Prefinished or Sand and Finish onsite, Solid or Engineered Hardwood, Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank, or exclusive Mohawk Carpet, we will help you chose the right product. We will also assist you in the design and color selection. We have various hardwood species and colors on display in our showroom and can make you custom sample boards in our attached shop.
